She portrayed Dyesebel as the eminent Komiks character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she was a host on the afternoon variety show It's Showtime (2009-2020). Curtis was born a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan. Her father is an Australian Lawyer named James Ernest Curtis Smith. Her father was married in 1982. got married to Ojales. Her younger sister, who is also an actor was her father. Their father was one half sister, called Clare who died in 2007 at the age of four months due to cardiovascular disease.
